Integration
The seam between two systems is where the work leaks out. We build and own that seam: Accurate and SAP Business One, POS and cashier systems, Coretax and e-Faktur, payroll and BPJS, payment gateways, courier tracking. Every integration ships with a reconciliation job, so when a number disagrees you know which side is wrong before the client calls.

Mobile apps
Android-first, because that is what your field team carries. Canvassing, delivery proof, technician checklists, stock counts. Built offline-first with conflict rules agreed up front, so a rep in a warehouse basement in Cikarang can still take the order and sync it when the signal returns.

Cloud & platform
Migration into the Jakarta region, container platforms, CI pipelines, backups that have been restored at least once on purpose, and monitoring that pages a human. We keep personal data resident in Indonesia and document the processing basis under UU PDP No. 27/2022 so your legal team has something to read.

Questions we get first
Before you send the brief.
Do we own the source code?
Yes, from the first commit. Repositories are in your organisation, cloud accounts are in your name, and we hold access as a collaborator. There is no license fee to keep using what we built for you.
Can you work with the vendor who built our current system?
Often, and we prefer it when the incumbent is still responsive. We document the integration contract between us so neither side is guessing. Where the incumbent has gone quiet, we can take over the codebase after a two-week assessment.
Where is our data stored?
In Indonesia by default — AWS or GCP Jakarta region — unless you direct otherwise in writing. We document the lawful basis and retention period for each category of personal data under UU PDP No. 27/2022.
Do you handle PSE registration and procurement paperwork?
We prepare the technical documentation for PSE registration with Komdigi and complete standard vendor onboarding, including NIB, NPWP, company profile, and integrity pacts. Invoices are issued with e-Faktur.
Can you meet in person?
We are on Margonda in Depok and reach most of Jabodetabek in under two hours. On-site days in Cikarang, Karawang, and Tangerang are part of how we scope. Further afield, we travel for the mapping week and work remotely after.
